Rio 2016: Myrtha together with the athletes, from the first to the last race!

Rio 2016 Olympic Games have started since 3 days only and swimmers are already conquering great results!

Our Myrtha pool has already been the home of four world records. On day 1 the Hungarian swimmer Katinka Hosszú has been the undisptuted protagonist with a stunning race winning the final of the women’s 400m freestyle. She made it with the new World Record of 4:26:36

Day 2 has been the day of the super stars!
The amazing Swedish swimmer Sarah Sjöström defintely entered in women’s 100 m butterfly history with a time of 55 “48. Super-swimmer  Adam Peaty won as expected the gold medal in the final of men’s 100m breaststroke and settled the new world touching in 57 “13. The American champion Katie Ledecky made the magic sealing her performance in 3’56 “46 and beating her own record conqured two years ago only.

Not only adrenaline for the athlets, Rio 2016 delivers enthusiasm and satisfaction to Myrtha Pools that, on the occasion of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, designed a total of 18 pools in Brazil: a job like no other, rounded off with the pools operations management from Myrtha Pools team during whole event.
