FINA/NVC Diving World Series 2016 third stage just ended in Canada last week at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Center (WIATC). This event is one of the greatest diving trophy worldwide for top level divers only and it happens in four legs in four different cities around the world: Beijin, Dubai, Windsor and the last one will be in Kazan, Russia from the 22nd till 24th of April.
This year the Organizing Committee reduced the circuit from six to four stages in order to comply with the preparation time needed for the Olympic Games.
The WIATC features 5 pools designed and manufactured by Myrtha. The hugest one is a competition 71m pool supplied with 2 movable headwalls and a movable floor for different activities at the same time. Myrtha included also a diving area 5.2m depth provided with 5 diving platform tower and few diving boards installed at the deck level.
In December, this aquatics complex will be home of the 13th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m).
