The Florida State University, in Tallahasee, includes a 6,500 sq. ft. athletic swimming complex, named Morcom Aquatic Center, which is a state-of-the-art facility that houses 2 Myrtha pools.
The competition pool measures 50-meter by 25-yard and is equipped with two movable bulkheads and competition accessories. It is the same pool used at the FINA 2005 World Championships in Montreal, Canada.
The diving pool features two one-meter and two three-meter springboards as well as one, three, five, seven-and-a-half and 10 meter platforms. This pool also features an air safety cushion for diving, a system that produces an air cushion which allows the diver to practice even the most difficult of dives without risk of injury when entering the water.
