The maximum flexibility of Myrtha technology allows to insert a footrest in the wall panels of the competition pools, according to F.I.N.A. regulations.
This footrest, that is usually 15 cm (6") wide, is constructed at a depth of 120 cm (47,2") or bigger.
There are two typologies of footrests: one protruding into the pool and one recessed into the pool wall.
