03/04/2009. This week in Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria, the NUGA GAMES 2009 - the Games of the Nigerian Universities - officially started up.

For this important sport event Myrtha Pools, in cooperation with our important local partner Vast International, has successfully installed an olympic pool, dimensions 50x25x1,35-2,00 with removable headwalls, competition accessories and related filtration plant. The installation was completed in a record time, only 21 days!

The pool in Nsukka is the third built in Nigeria for class sport events: in 2004 Myrtha installed a 50 m pool in the University of Port Harcourt, where NUGA Games 2004 competitions were held, while for NUGA Games 2007 Myrtha doubled the success with Maiduguri University pool.
