Help shape the future of aquatics
Working to give athletes opportunities to pursue excellence in the out of the pool, FINA and Myrtha Pools have launched an internship programme tailored for aquatics athletes looking to grow in their business and project management skills. With this, we are pleased to announce two six-month internships with Myrtha Pools, the Official FINA Partner trusted to build the field of play used at the world’s most significant aquatics events.
We are looking for applicants that bring a passion for aquatics and a commitment to a team and have the drive for achieving goals. Successful candidates demonstrating these traits will join the Myrtha Pools team at their headquarters in Castiglione delle Stiviere, in Italy’s northern Lombardy region, or at one of the company’s seven other locations around the world. Interns will be provided with housing and an internship stipend.
“We are happy to start the FINA internship program,” said Myrtha Pools CEO Roberto Colletto. “This is an initiative that allows us to share our expertise on competition pools, from design to production and installation, and to further strengthen the relationship with FINA along with the athletes of today, and those of the future”.
The FINA-Myrtha Pools internship programme provides a world-class experience that places you in project management roles where you will be rewarded with responsibility and career guidance at every step of the way.
The company has a track record in pools, and not only those used in competitions like the FINA World Championships or the Olympic Games. With robust research and development, Myrtha Pools is the world leader in regular and custom swimming pools used for everything from fitness to leisure to therapy.
To apply, please send your CV and cover letter expressing your interest in the internship (500 words max) to hr@fina.org. In the email subject line, please write FINA Elite Athlete Internship. Applications will be accepted before 1 March 2022.
