Myrtha on Athletic Business Aquatic Design Portfolio
For the 7th “Aquatic Design Portfolio” of the prestigious American magazine Athletic Business, 32 U.S. aquatic centers have been selected and published.
Among these, 6 Myrtha projects stand out, all of them approved for national or international competitions for athletes and students. The same technology that Myrtha Pools puts in place for big competitions is also used to foster the growth of water sports among students of High Schools, Colleges and Universities.
A clear example of this is the 2016 USA Olympic Team Trials temporary pool being permanently installed at the Hulbert Aquatic Center.
In addition, the FMC Natatorium and the Human Performance Center at Dixie University, are both equipped with moveable bulkheads to allow training for all aquatic sports.
In other instances, like the one at Colby College (Harold Alfond Athletics and Recreation Center) in New England, Myrtha has contributed to the construction of an Olympic sized swimming pool in an area that was lacking a high performance center.
To close the selection of the Aquatic Design Portfolio 2021, we see the Bill Walker Natatorium, which was successfully refurbished in 2019, salvaging useful parts of the old structure and combining the use of Myrtha and Myrtha RenovAction technologies.
A complete package of facilities that confirm Myrtha as the nº1 pool solution provider.
