On December 19, during the 15th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in Abu Dhabi, Myrtha Pools signed a partnership agreement with Federation de Natation Algerienne (FNA).
This partnership aims to help the swimming federation in the development of the sport by assuring that new pools built throughout the country are compliant with the latest FINA international standards.
FNA will start with the first Federal swimming facility being built in Fouka, a town 50km west of the capital Alger. The facility will host an Olympic sized pool built with Myrtha RenovAction technology, which will be used by senior swimmers as well as upcoming stars.
Myrtha is also involved in the construction of the 3 pools at the new multisport facility in the city of Oran, which will host the 19th edition of the Mediterranean Games from the 25th of June to the 5th of July 2022.
