MYRTHA TRACK START STARTING BLOCKS AT THE TROFEU JOSE’ FINKEL, BRASIL

Myrtha Track-Start starting blocks enjoyed great success at the Troféu José Finkel 2014, held in Guaratinguetá, Brazil, September 1st -6th . The blocks produced by Myrtha Pools have in fact received words of appreciation by Scott Volkers, coach to Cesar Cielo Filho. The coach stated during an interview “the exceptional time of Cielo in the 50m freestyle was made possible thanks to the special quality of the blocks designed and produced by Myrtha Pools”.
The Myrtha Track-Start blocks are composed of a special platform, patented by Omega, which provides the athlete a more stable support in the “track-start” take off position. In addition, the block platform allows swimmers to start with the back leg bent at a 90° angle, resulting in an optimal position for forward momentum. The swimmer Cesar Cielo has spoken words of praise for these starting blocks, claiming that they are the best in the world.
After the Troféu José Finkel, the Myrtha Track-Start starting blocks have been installed in Mococa city, Brazil, for the XX Troféo Chico Piscina Internacional. The XX Troféo Chico Piscina Internacional will take place on October 9th -11th . All affiliated to CBDA are allowed to take part.
