Shape the future of aquatics!

Shape the future of aquatics with the 2023-2024 World Aquatics-Myrtha Pools internship program!

Following the success of the first edition, we are thrilled to relaunch the finest aquatic internship program! We are seeking emerging leaders who are passionate about developing groundbreaking technologies and innovative designs. Join our internship program and stay connected with the aquatic community.

Continuing our mission to provide athletes with opportunities to excel both in and out of the pool, World Aquatics and Myrtha Pools have reintroduced an internship program tailored for aquatics athletes aiming to enhance their business and project management skills. Similar to the first edition, we are offering two six-month internships with Myrtha Pools, the esteemed Official World Aquatics Partner responsible for constructing the playing field used at the world’s most significant aquatic events.

We are searching for applicants who possess a deep passion for aquatics, a strong commitment to teamwork, and the drive to achieve goals. Successful candidates showcasing these qualities will join the Myrtha Pools team at their headquarters in Castiglione delle Stiviere, located in Italy’s northern Lombardy region, or at one of the company’s other seven global locations. Interns will be provided with accommodation and a stipend for the duration of the internship.

The World Aquatics-Myrtha Pools internship program offers a world-class experience, immersing you in project management roles where you will gain valuable responsibility and receive career guidance at every step of the journey.

Myrtha Pools boasts an impressive track record in pool construction, not limited to those used in competitions such as the World Aquatics Championships or the Olympic Games. Through extensive research and development, Myrtha Pools is the global leader in designing and building both standard and custom swimming pools, catering to a wide range of purposes, from fitness to leisure to therapy.

To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter expressing your interest in the internship (maximum 500 words) to hr@myrthapools.com. If you applied last year but were not selected, you are welcome to reapply. Simply send a new email with an updated CV and cover letter. In the subject line of the email, kindly write “World Aquatics Elite Athlete Internship.”

Visit the Athletes Lounge in Fukuoka to learn more about the internship program and apply before 30th September!
