Frisco ISD Natatorium
The Frisco Independent School District’s Natatorium is a modern, state-of-the-art facility built with the goal of giving kids a top-notch swimming and diving facility.
Located just north of Dallas in the city of Frisco, it opened in 2021 and is used primarily for competitions and training for the department’s high schools, but also allows kids to come in contact with Olympic athletes through a series of events organised by the district.
In order to maximise the experience, however, first-class facilities are required, which is why Myrtha Pools was chosen to build the 50-metre pool, the heart of the facility, which can adapt to the different disciplines in the school’s courses, while maintaining high standards thanks to Myrtha technology.
The pool can in fact accommodate eight 50-metre lanes or sixteen 25-metre lanes, thanks to the presence of the movable bulkhead that allows the pool to be adapted to the specific needs of any event.
