Mesquite ISD Natatorium
In Dallas, the collaboration between Myrtha Pools and WRA Architects resulted in the transformation and recovery of an old concrete swimming pool, built in the 1970s. The RenovAction technology enabled the refurbishment of the existing structure, avoiding the long lead times and extra cost typically associated with construction from scratch.
In addition to the renovation of the obsolete pool, the project implemented two additional innovations. The first implementation concerns the pool, now usable on two axes, one with six 25m lanes and the other with the new addition of eight 25-yard lanes, which will be used by students and athletes for training and competitions. The second one is a shallow depth area, which will allow the teaching of life-saving skill of swimming.
Myrtha Pools’ innovative technology, combined with care and customization, made possible the renovation of the pool at the Mesquite ISD Natatorium, meeting the needs of students and the community.
