Corwin M. Nixon Park

Ohio, United States

Corwin M. Nixon Park is an 82-acre preserve that includes two Myrtha pools at the Mason Municipal Aquatic Centre. The 50 meter pool has a movable bulkhead that allows for an easy transition from one 50 meter pool to two 25 meter pools which will maximize use and meet a variety of rental needs. The competition pool will provide additional year-round space for aquatic programming for the Mason Swim Academy lessons, open lap use, expansion of the elite Mason Manta Rays competitive swim team as well as the opportunity to host regional events and competitions.

The aquatic centre also has an outdoor heated Myrtha leisure pool that will extend the swimming season and features zero-depth entry, a double flume slide, a lazy river, a splash pad, a tipping bucket, and more attractions for the joy of adults and the very young!
