Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas makes a splash with a new natatorium.
Its rich tradition in swimming dates back almost a half-century but has never had its own on-campus pool. Their new facility includes a 25yd x 25yd Competition pool, equipped with a flow-through headwall and MTS blocks, with 8 standard-sized competition lanes and 10 cross-course training lanes. The facility also includes a separate Myrtha 4-lane, 25-yard Training & Teaching pool, which will be a vital tool for its lessons and development programming.

The project became a reality after the largest donation in school history. The 29,000 square foot facility will house Jesuit’s swimming and water polo teams. “It puts us on a different level. It’s a game-changer,” said Jesuit swimming coach Doug Moyse. “All these other teams have to share pool time with each other. This is our pool. It’s incredible what it allows us to do.”
