The steady growth of Myrtha Pools in the North American market is poised to take another leap forward with the addition of industry leader Jen Gerber as Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Bringing with her more than a dozen years of high-achieving national experience in the aquatics world, Jen has thrived while guiding a wide variety of project teams throughout her career, overseeing the planning, design and delivery of a diverse array of innovative aquatic environments. Her warm but direct leadership style emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving and delivering results to satisfy both the client and the project team.

Her background in aquatic planning and design puts Jen in a unique position to provide clients with helpful insights to the very real challenges of developing and fully realizing complex projects. Likewise, Jen’s well-rounded perspective of the industry’s terrain has been informed by her sustained successful work with leading aquatic designers and pool contractors across North America.

A graduate of Minnesota, Jen is now based in Fort Worth, Texas, which has been a hub for leading aquatic centers in recent years. She has had a hand in many of the top facilities in the region, as well as high-profile water parks, recreations centers and natatoriums throughout the continent.
