Tczew Primary School No. 12

The new swimming pool at Primary School No. 12 in Tczew is an important addition to the city’s school and community aquatic infrastructure.

The 25-metre, six-lane pool is the first Myrtha installation in Tczew and has been designed to support school swimming, local training, competitions and learn-to-swim programmes for different age groups. Designed by APA Projekt Piotr Lewandowski and delivered by general contractor Przembud, the pool has depths ranging from 1.3 to 1.8 metres. This configuration makes the facility suitable for both educational use and everyday community access, extending its value beyond the school environment.

The project also represents a meaningful step for future aquatic developments in the area. Following this installation, the investor reconsidered the design of other ongoing projects, moving away from traditional concrete-and-tile construction in favour of Myrtha’s modular stainless-steel technology. Delivered in collaboration with Myrtha’s Official Dealer, Euro Team Trader, the Tczew school pool shows how a first installation can help build trust in a new construction method while creating a reliable space for swimming, water confidence and aquatic sport.
