Pete joined Myrtha as a part-time sales agent in 2014 after a career as a marketing agency principal because he wanted to make sure future generations had more spaces to swim, his lifelong passion. Success in that role led to a far more prominent role as Pete gained regular oversight of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia and Maryland in 2020. All of that is a natural extension of his personal life, as Pete was a competitive swimmer in high school and college (where he was a recent inductee into its athletics hall of fame) and is currently in his 45th year as a US Masters swimmer.
Though not an Olympian like many of his peers at Myrtha, Pete certainly has a momentous career achievement under his belt - training for and swimming for over eight hours straight to complete the circumnavigation of Manhattan Island, a 28 ½-mile swim. That kind of grit is evident in Pete’s approach to the job, where strong strategic chops fuel and relentless hustle are the norm. His insights and connections help Myrtha’s clients maneuver effectively through the challenges of refurbishing an existing pool or bringing a new facility to life.
