Architecture Master Prize 2020

Myrtha Pools awarded for the SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences project
Myrtha Pools awarded by the Architecture Master Prize 2020 for the SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences in Miami project.

The prestigious international Architecture Master Prize awarded Myrtha Pools with an honourable mention of the Architectural Product Design Award for the swimming pool project of the SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences in Miami.

The clean and elegant finishes of the swimming pools and the exclusive Myrtha technology have won over the judges of the international Architecture Master Prize 2020 (AMP 2020).
The SLS Brickell Hotel has in fact made use of the best professionals in every field. For the interiors: the architect Philippe Stark; to embellish the façade the artist: Markus Linnenbrink; and to design the aquatic area: Myrtha Pools. On the 9th floor of the building, five swimming pools follow the length of the terrace and create fresh atmospheres thanks to the play of light created by the sun on the transparent waters of a Myrtha pool. The Myrtha pools located on the 55th floor of the luxurious building are an extraordinary mix between technology and design. Just think that they were transported with a simple service lift, reducing costs and installation times. An engineering success made possible by the exclusive Myrtha modular panel technology. A system that guarantees sustainable swimming pools, equipped with a lightweight and at the same time, an anti-seismic self-supporting structure.
