Stainless-steel structure

Integrated waterproofing system
Waterproofing is achieved through a PVC layer hot-laminated to the stainless-steel panels during production. All joints and floor areas are sealed to create a continuous, watertight structure. This integrated system enhances durability, reduces maintenance requirements and ensures consistent performance over time.

Finishes and design flexibility
A wide range of finishes allows each pool to be tailored to its architectural setting and design requirements. The system supports tiles, stone and other compatible materials, enabling fully customised design solutions. Acrylic panels can also be integrated to introduce transparency and enhance visual impact.

Every component is prefabricated at our manufacturing facility and delivered ready for assembly. On site, the structure is installed using a precise bolted process without welding, enabling fast installation, consistent quality and minimal disruption. Base frame
The base frame is the structural element that defines the pool perimeter and ensures maximum stability. Made from bolted stainless-steel sections, it is anchored to the concrete slab and allows precise adjustment during installation, supporting accurate alignment of the entire pool structure.
Wall structure
The pool walls are formed from modular stainless-steel panels, which lie at the heart of Myrtha Technology and distinguish it from traditional pool construction methods. Laminated on the water-facing side with a durable PVC waterproofing layer and protected on the reverse with a clear-coat laminate, the panels are mechanically assembled and secured to the base frame with high precision. This system ensures consistency and durability, even in demanding conditions.
Support buttresses
Stainless-steel buttresses reinforce the structure at each panel joint, providing stability while allowing controlled flexibility. Anchored to the concrete slab, they enable the system to adapt to structural stresses, making it particularly suitable for complex environments, including seismic areas and challenging ground conditions.
Gutter
The overflow gutter is manufactured using the same stainless-steel and PVC combination as the wall panels. Its sloping profile creates a controlled, near-silent water flow while helping to reduce chemical evaporation. The patented overflow grating is designed to provide long-term durability and safety.
