Stainless-steel structure
In pool refurbishment projects, RenovAction introduces a new stainless-steel panel structure within the existing pool tank, avoiding the need for extensive demolition. The modular system is assembled using mechanically fastened components, with no on-site steel welding, helping to reduce long-term corrosion risks. Designed around the existing structure and site conditions, it allows precise installation, ensuring structural reliability while extending the service life of the facility.

Integrated waterproofing system
RenovAction creates a new watertight system within the original pool structure. The stainless-steel wall panels are hot-laminated with a hard PVC layer, while the pool floor is lined separately with a reinforced PVC membrane. Panel joints and wall-to-floor connections are carefully hot-welded and sealed, creating a continuous and reliable waterproofing system designed for long-term performance in ageing or damaged pools.

Finishes and design flexibility
This technology allows the pool to be redesigned within the constraints of the original structure. A wide range of finishes enables both its appearance and functionality to be upgraded with limited intervention. Edge details, overflow configurations and integrated acrylic elements can be tailored to the project, strengthening its visual identity while improving the user experience.
An alternative to full reconstruction. RenovAction restores value to ageing or non-compliant pools by retaining the existing structure and avoiding invasive demolition.
RenovAction uses modular, PVC-laminated stainless-steel panels with an integrated waterproofing system, installed within the existing pool tank on aligned rails and supports. This approach limits demolition and avoids on-site structural steel welding.
It supports faster installation, even in complex or constrained settings, reducing closure periods and enabling facilities to return to service sooner. At the same time, it can support a wider redesign of the pool’s geometry, with new functional zones and upgraded systems integrated into the existing facility, creating new possibilities for aquatic use.
Rails
Stainless-steel support rails are fixed along the existing pool walls to carry the new panel structure. Precisely aligned and mechanically fastened, they create a stable interface between the original tank and the new system while preserving the existing structure. Where required, the rails can be recessed into the wall to retain the pool’s original dimensions. This approach enables refurbishment with limited intervention, reducing programme time and construction complexity on site.
Fitting spacers
High-density spacers are installed between the original structure and the new panel system to ensure correct alignment and support. Positioned between the existing wall and the panels, they compensate for surface irregularities and establish a uniform mounting surface. Precisely fitted and adjusted on site, the spacers help prevent panel deflection under load and contribute to the overall stability and durability of the refurbished pool.
Panels
PVC-laminated stainless-steel panels form the new pool walls and represent the core of the RenovAction system. Factory-laminated with a hard waterproof PVC layer, they form part of a continuous wall-and-floor waterproofing system designed for long-term performance. Mounted on pre-aligned rails, the panels are mechanically fastened to create a precise and reliable structure. Their modular design enables efficient assembly while maintaining a high level of accuracy on site.
Gutter
The overflow gutter system is made from stainless steel and integrated with the new pool structure to support efficient water collection and circulation. Installed on dedicated supports fixed to the original structure, it can be adapted to different configurations, heights and gradients according to project requirements. Designed for flexibility, the system can be positioned within the existing gutter channel or along the pool edge, accommodating different overflow solutions while maintaining consistent hydraulic performance.
