The position will be included in the Installation Area, carrying out coordination activities and guiding the development of internal projects related to system installation and construction site management in Italy and abroad. Specifically:

• Ensuring that installations are completed according to the timelines and standards agreed with the client and in line with company KPIs;
• Monitoring project progress and planning weekly activities, updating clients on the technical and construction evolution of the projects;
• Providing technical support to the dealer network on topics such as material selection, installation methods, etc.

Requirements :

• Background in structured construction companies, building and infrastructure firms, or engineering companies specialized in providing products/services on construction sites
• Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Contract Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Technical Manager, managing multiple stakeholders while respecting contracts, timelines, work teams, and external suppliers
• Personal qualities such as curiosity, proactiveness, team building, practicality, stress management, and out-of-the-box thinking
• English level B2/C1
• Education: High School Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Residence in the Brescia / Mantova / Verona area

The candidate will join a team responsible for installations at national and international construction sites, reporting directly to the Team Leader and working alongside Expert colleagues and Site Managers. The role includes:

• Installation of competition swimming pools and aquatic systems at national and international sites, following procedures and quality standards through to completion;
• Coordinating the work of external teams, in compliance with installation guidelines and procedures;
• Performing maintenance checks and inspections;
• Organizing, implementing, and supervising interventions on existing installations;
• Carrying out repairs;
• Providing detailed reports;
• Direct contact with customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in metalwork, hydraulics, or surface finishing

The resource will join the Technical Office, within the Plant Engineering team, and will be responsible for designing systems for leisure and aquatic facilities (swimming pools, water parks, water attractions).

Activities:

• Designing water treatment and disinfection systems
• Developing solutions to ensure proper water circulation within the pools
• Designing hydraulic and aeraulic systems in compliance with applicable regulations
• Creating technical drawings and system diagrams using Autodesk Revit (BIM)
• Preparing technical documentation and bills of materials
• Performing fluid dynamic simulations
• Collaborating with the Project Engineer and other company departments
• Supporting the quotation, installation, and commissioning phases of the systems

Requirements:

The resource will be included within the IT Department, in a team of 10 people, and will report directly to the Group IT Manager. They will work on projects related to Artificial Intelligence and the automation of business processes.

Activities:

• You will participate in the development of AI solutions to automate business activities.
• You will support the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into existing applications.
• You will collaborate in the creation of systems that enable intelligent querying of company documents and data (e.g., internal chatbots).
• You will assist the team in evaluating and using new AI technologies.

Required skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python and/or C# / .NET.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in agent and workflow orchestration logic (through iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, tools like OpenClaw, or custom solutions).
• Interest in the world of Artificial Intelligence and automation.
• Familiarity (even academic or through personal projects) with APIs and web service development (REST).
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of the English language (at least B1/B2 level).

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity or interest in major AI development frameworks (Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
