Following a distinguished competitive swimming career, Sébastien retired from the sport in 2016 and moved into technical sales. He remained closely involved in the aquatic sector through coaching, which ultimately led him to join Myrtha Pools in 2020. Early success within the sales team led to his current leadership role, focusing on overseeing performance across the Western United States. Having competed in numerous Myrtha pools during his career, he was drawn to the company’s commitment to high-performance environments, reflecting the demanding and competitive context in which he developed as an athlete.
Owing to the timing of his start, he holds the record within Myrtha Pools for the longest period between joining the company and visiting its headquarters in Castiglione delle Stiviere. A three-time Olympian representing South Africa and a two-time NCAA champion at the University of Florida, SĂ©bastien now devotes his time to his family, including his wife Holly and their two young children, based in the Denver area.
