Wet’n’Wild Water World

On 12th December 2013 Wet’n’Wild Water World in Sydney (Australia)opened: a new water park  that covers an area of about 20 hectares. The park – one of the largest and most important parks in the world – is part of a chain that includes structures also in Orlando, Los Angeles, Hawaii… and even in Australia, in Oxenford (Queensland).

The park, designed by the American WTI, world water-parks specialist, includes a huge wave pool, rivers, over than 40 slides and attractions of the latest generation – truly breathtaking – and a huge children’s area with swimming pools and splash pads. There is also a special surfing attraction with four parallel positions, unique in the world.

All Wet’n’Wild pools and rivers were made by Myrtha, chosen for versatility, low maintenance and high durability.

The wave pool is equipped with the exclusive soft bottom ” Softwalk”, an anti-slip membrane that makes the bottom of the pool safe and pleasant to the touch.

The park was completed in an incredible short time (less than 12 months) and the construction of ponds and rivers took less than four months.
